Semakin usia bertambah tua, akan membawa Anda ke banyak masalah kesehatan dan jika Anda tidak merawat kesehatan diri sendiri maka penyakit menjadi sulit untuk disembuhkan dan mengganggu masa-masa istirahat di usia tua. Berikut ini diberikan beberapa tips kesehatan yang berguna untuk usia tua :

Diet seimbang. Diet seimbang memainkan bagian yang sangat penting dalam menjaga Anda tetap sehat di usia tua .
